But its admitting those mistakes and taking accountability is what makes you a better company. It’s all about taking care of not just the client but the neighbors as well. It’s having integrity and always doing the right thing.
If you make a mistake, admit it, don’t make excuses, and do everything you can to correct it as fast as possible.
