How long does a custom build typically take?

Most custom homes take roughly 12 to 18 months from groundbreaking to move-in, depending on size, site conditions, and how many custom finishes are involved. We walk every client through a realistic timeline before they sign.

Do you help clients find land, or do they need to already own a lot?

Either works. Some clients come to us with land already in hand; others are still searching. Our team, which includes a licensed real estate broker, can help evaluate a lot's buildability before a client commits to it.

What areas do you build in?

We're based in Marco Island and Naples, and build throughout Southwest Florida's Paradise Coast, including waterfront and estate lots.

What should I do before referring a client?

A quick conversation about budget, timeline, and whether they already own land helps our team hit the ground running. Our two guides above cover this in more detail.

When and how do I get paid on a referral?

Once your referred client signs a construction contract with us, your commission is confirmed. Our team will keep you posted on where things stand throughout the process.

Do you offer anything after the home is built?

Yes — our home watch and property management service covers regular walkthroughs, inspections, and updates for clients who split their time away from the property.
