When we looked at buying a new home on Marco Island, it was without question that the Reiman Construction group had the best design of any house we looked at. Their attention to detail and their quality work was unmatched versus anything else we had seen in the area. Every fixture, panel, window, fan, appliance… you name it… everything was of top quality and top of the line design. The best part was their reasonable price considering the quality of work which is without question the best in Southwest Florida. However they didn’t stop at the design or at the build because after the sale their support group and their administrative offices have always been there if we needed anything that was related to the home. Any issues with plumbing, electrical, design, the pool, you name it they were there and they’re only a minute away if we had a question or needed something repaired. Although it probably won’t be necessary, the piece of mind of having a one year warranty on every single thing in the home (which is entirely brand new) was a really great addition. Not to mention the folder booklet that they compiled of all of the vendors, builders numbers, and contact names was so convenient that if we did have any issues or questions all the answers are right at our fingertips… a great touch! These guys are hard-working and know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to home construction and design. I would recommend Reiman Construction Inc. to anybody looking to buy a new home in the Marco Island area. Top of the line!!! Thanks guys!!
